Just ok, it was a very busy hotel.

Just good. The pool area was very dirty since it was full of people. I didn't want to swim anymore. I loved their gym though, though the locker area was again, all wet and not clean.

1. The hotel check in is very slow and I have remarked some requirements before. But the receiption have not manage our request. Lastly, they can read my requirements. I am very disappointing. Hope that the hotel read the guest "Remarks" carefully.

The hotel is good but not enough shuttle bus route available. Only have the shuttle bus for the ferry pier and around the Cotai. Need to go to either venetian hotel or galaxy hotel. Very inconvenience.
